Who we are
This website is run by Aerosoul Dynamics LLP, trading as Aerosoul Technologies (“Aerosoul”, “we”, “us”), a technology company founded in 2026 by Abhishek Sivaraman and based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at aerosoulllp@gmail.com.
This policy covers this website only. Our apps (Waver AI, Vaulta, Viberhub, Grocerr AI and Zafit AI) each have their own privacy policy, which you can find on the app’s App Store page and inside the app. If you use an app, please read its policy as well.
What we collect
Messages you send us. If you use the contact or investor form, or email us, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, the topic and your message.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical information about each request, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
What we do not collect. This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, does not ask you to create an account, and does not collect payment details.
How we use it
We use your message to read it and reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use server logs for security, preventing abuse and fixing faults. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through our forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service that acts on our behalf. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). Our website is hosted on cloud servers we rent from a hosting provider. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
Links on this site to other websites, including Apple’s App Store and viberhub.in, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. To use any of these rights, email aerosoulllp@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS on this website and limit who can access our systems and inbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, please tell us and we will delete it.
